The S&B Chronograph Watch has a water resistance of 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders. Express Australian shipping is 8AUD. Worldwide Standard shipping is 20AUD
Delivery Australian Orders
All orders placed before 11am on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 11am on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides STONE & BROWNE customers with a delivery within 2-5 business days.
Express (1 - 2 working days): Australia 7AUD
Orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 1 business day for metropolitan areas and up to 2 business days for non-metropolitan areas.
Standard Delivery (1 - 5 working days):FREE
Once sent, orders within Australia should arrive within 1 – 5 working days depending on your location (please allow longer for Western Australia) via Australia Post.
International Standard Shipping :WORLDWIDE 15AUD

Duties & Taxes
Please note : Duties and taxes are outside of our control and vary in cost from country to country. In most cases STONE & BROWNE products will be under the threshold and so no charges will be payable. For further information we recommend contacting your local customs office so you are not surprised with any additional unexpected shipping charges.
Sapphire Crystal
We are proud to have our watches made using the high quality Sapphire Crystal Glass which means that your watch face is scratch resistant. Because sapphire is essentially scratch-proof, it is the ideal material for watch crystals, especially on the front. The crystal occupies the most real estate on the face of the watch, making it the most vulnerable to accidental knocks and scrapes.
Refunds
STONE & BROWNE offer a full refund on any full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
1. Email info@stoneandbrowne.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
2. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
3. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items. STONE & BROWNE will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
Exchanges
STONE & BROWNE offer exchanges on all full priced item within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To exchange, please email info@stoneandbrowne.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our Customer Care Team will email you to assist you in exchanging the item(s).
Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products and we do not reimburse shipping costs. We will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 5-10 business days after the return and inspection of the original item purchased.
All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store. Any watch repair shop or Jeweller should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
STONE & BROWNE are proud to deliver timepieces that are made according to our high quality standards. However, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, dial, and hands.
WARRANTY

The warranty for a STONE & BROWNE Timepiece is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty claims require a proof of purchase, including watches that have been gifted. Once we have received your claim, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charges.

All leather wristbands are made of genuine leather.
As leather is an organic material, all wristbands will vary in grain as well as texture. The changes in the hue that come with regular use are a natural part of the process when it comes to high-quality leather.
Please note each band will age differently. Creasing, natural irregularities, softness and subtle scarring are to be expected.
