STONE & BROWNE offer a full refund on any full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
1. Email info@stoneandbrowne.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
1. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
2. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items. STONE & BROWNE will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

Exchanges

STONE & BROWNE offer exchanges on all full priced item within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To exchange, please email info@stoneandbrowne.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our Customer Care Team will email you to assist you in exchanging the item(s). Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products and we do not reimburse shipping costs. We will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 5-10 business days after the return and inspection of the original item purchased.
